Parking Options
We offer two main services: Meet & Greet, where you drop your car at the terminal and we take care of the rest, and Park & Ride, with secure parking and shuttle transfers. Below is how each works.
Meet & Greet Parking
You drive to the terminal. Our driver meets you at the agreed location, takes your keys and vehicle, and parks it in our secure compound. On return, your car is brought back to you at the terminal.
Drop-off process
Follow the arrival instructions in your booking confirmation. Arrive at the designated meeting point at or near your booked time. Our driver will be there to meet you. Have your booking reference and photo ID ready.
Driver identification
Our driver will identify themselves and confirm your booking. You can verify the booking reference and company details on your confirmation. If you have any doubt, contact the number on your confirmation before handing over your vehicle.
Vehicle inspection procedure
Before handover, the driver will carry out a brief inspection of your vehicle and record its condition (mileage, fuel level, and any existing damage). You will be asked to sign the handover record. This protects both parties and forms the basis for the return check.
Keep a copy of the handover record. At return, the same check is done so that any new damage can be identified and reported through the correct channels.
What happens during your trip
Your vehicle is driven to our secure compound and stored for the duration of your trip. Access is controlled and the site is used only for customer vehicles. We do not use your vehicle for any other purpose.
Return process
Before you land, check your confirmation for the return contact number. When you have collected your luggage and are ready, call or follow the instructions given to arrange handover. The driver will bring your car to the agreed return point. A final condition check is carried out and keys are returned to you.
Allow a short window for the driver to reach the meeting point. If your flight lands early or late, contact the number on your confirmation so we can adjust.
Handling delays
If your flight is delayed, contact the number on your booking confirmation as soon as practicable. We will adjust the return time so your vehicle is ready when you land. We monitor flight status where possible, but customer communication helps us ensure a smooth handover.
Running late procedure
If you are running late for your drop-off or return, call the number on your confirmation. We will do our best to accommodate you. Late arrival may affect subsequent bookings, so early notice is appreciated. Terms on amendments and extra charges are set out in your booking and in our Terms & Conditions.
Park & Ride
You park your car at our secure car park and take a shuttle transfer to the terminal. On return, you take the shuttle back to the car park and collect your vehicle. You keep your keys with you.
Arrival instructions
Your booking confirmation will include the address of the car park and directions. Arrive at the time you selected when booking. On arrival, follow the signs to the reception or check-in point and present your booking reference. You will be directed where to park.
Transfer process
After parking, make your way to the shuttle pick-up point shown in your confirmation or as directed on site. The shuttle will take you to your terminal. Allow sufficient time for the transfer and for check-in and security. We recommend following the arrival time suggested in your confirmation.
On return, catch the shuttle from the designated point at the terminal (details are in your confirmation). The shuttle will bring you back to the car park so you can collect your car and leave.
Shuttle frequency
Shuttles run at intervals that suit typical flight times. The exact frequency may vary by time of day and demand. Your confirmation and on-site signage will give the latest information. If you have an early or late flight, check the transfer details when you book and allow extra time.
Vehicle storage
Your vehicle remains in the car park for the duration of your trip. The site is secured and used for customer parking only. You keep your keys. Lock your vehicle and take any valuables with you or store them out of sight as you would at any car park.
Return pickup
When you land, follow your confirmation for where to catch the return shuttle. Shuttles collect from the designated stop. Once back at the car park, go to your vehicle and leave when ready. If your flight is delayed, the shuttle service continues to run; allow for the delay when planning your return.
