How to amend your booking
To change the date, time or other details of your booking, contact us as soon as possible. Email support@scotpark.co.uk or use the number on your booking confirmation. Include your booking reference in your message.
Amendments are subject to availability and our terms. Changes requested less than 24 hours before your departure may not always be possible. Our team will confirm what can be done.
How to cancel your booking
To cancel, contact us by email at support@scotpark.co.uk or using the contact details on your confirmation. Quote your booking reference and the reason for cancellation.
Cancellation terms and any refund depend on how far in advance you cancel. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request and any refund due.
How to update vehicle details
If your registration number or vehicle details change before your booking date, email support@scotpark.co.uk with your booking reference and the correct details. We will update your booking so the driver or car park has the right information on the day.
